Apples Craft Tear Art Parts of an Apple Activities Fall Fine Motor Apple Craft
Kick off Apple Week or your Back to School September science unit with this hands-on Parts of an Apple Craft designed just for Pre-K, Kindergarten, and 1st Grade students!
This low-prep activity combines fine motor skills, science vocabulary, and art integration—perfect for early learners who need visual, tactile experiences to thrive.
Students will tear and glue colored paper pieces to complete their own apple, then label the parts: stem, leaf, skin, flesh, core, and seeds!
To extend learning, students will also label the parts of an apple (inside and outside), helping them build vocabulary and better understand apple anatomy in a fun, hands-on way. It’s also a great option for a science center, small group activity, or even as an end-of-unit assessment.
